I am a dedicated Registered Nurse whose journey began with an Associate Degree in Nursing, where I built strong foundations in patient care, clinical judgment, and compassionate practice. My commitment to professional growth led me to pursue my Bachelor of Science in Nursing through the RN-BSN program at Tennessee Wesleyan University. During this time, I expanded my expertise in evidence-based practice, advanced clinical skills, and nursing research.
My studies deepened my understanding of moral and ethical nursing principles, social determinants of health, and the importance of culturally competent care. I also gained valuable knowledge in nursing leadership and the complex factors that influence the growth and success of healthcare institutions.
